That means that I'm there an hour and a half before my tee time with like I have nothing to do for 90 minutes other than walk around the pro shop, use the restroom and stretch. Like like at that point I might go sit back down in my car and take a nap. 0:26 All right, Heather, thanks for joining us on Level Select today. We're super excited to have you on to talk to Tiburon Golf Club over in Naples, FL. How are you doing today? Yeah, I'm doing really, really good. It's 85° outside and sunny so I don't think I could be any better. The real question is what's the humidity at? 0:43 You know, it's winter, winter here. So it's relatively low. I think it's only in like 60 or 70%. That's it. Yeah, Sean and I are both Arizona native. So we understand that when you speak about your heat, you also need to speak about the humidity that's associated with it because for us, but it's but it's a dry heat. 1:04 But I know that Florida's a a different beast altogether. Oh yes. Yeah. So we're excited to have you come on. Like I said, talk about Chevron, but also we want to talk a little bit about your product, Swing Scribe. We tried to link up, I believe it was in January, the PGA Show in Orlando and our paths just didn't cross. 1:22 But we're super excited to have you on today to talk about that as well. Before we kind of jump into that, we want to take a brief moment to thank today's sponsor of our episode, Bird Darts. Today's episode of Must Play is sponsored by Bird Darts Premium golf Tees. Nothing relaxes me more on the course than tear and open a box and RIP in a few bird darts with the boys. 1:40 The 100% bamboo golf Tees feature a clean design with marks to help you tee up your shots consistently. So your only swing thought is worrying about the cart girl who's watching you tee off. You can also use bird darts without worrying about harming the environment. They're biodegradable and the packaging is made from recycled materials. Head over to their website, birddarts.com and use code fair wagers for 10% off today. 2:01 Check out their new 4 packs they just dropped for you and all your boys. Yeah. So Heather, I think before we get into everything, what we really want to start off with is tell us about your history with golf. How'd you get into it? How did we get to the point that we're at today where you felt like you needed to potentially develop a product even in golf? 2:19 Yeah, absolutely. So my golf career started back when I was 15 years old. And my grandfather, who is, is to this day my one of my favorite people on earth, got me involved in the game. Thankfully, and interestingly enough, like I really didn't take it that seriously. 2:35 I was the only girl on the high school golf team and I had the privilege of playing every single day at this beautiful course for free. And again, you know, just didn't really take advantage of it. And, you know, life happened. So went away to college. 2:51 I was clearly not good enough college and then you know, had a career kids and then I got back into golf just a few years ago when my family and I, we moved to Naples and you know, Naples, FL's the golf capital of the country. So I think we have 95 golf courses in just one, you know, our one in the city confines. 3:13 So got involved in golf and listen, my background has nothing to do with golf. I come from a finance, real estate, private banking backgrounds and this is a brand new industry and business for me. But you know, golf is one of my passions and given that I'm competitive in nature, like I want to be a good golfer. 3:36 So the way that, you know, I got into this business is I was taking lessons. And listen, when you're taking lessons, just like back when you were at school, you wanna take notes. And the only thing that we had to take notes was a yardage book or, you know, like a random piece of paper. 3:53 But like, who wants a bunch of little notepads floating around or note, note pieces of paper floating around your golf bag? Nobody. So after a couple of lessons, you know, I, I, I put my notes in this yardage book, But after a couple of lessons, I realized like, it just wasn't organized. 4:12 And I'm a super OCD organized person. That's like, wait, there's gotta be your way. Yeah, right. It's gotta be a better way. And I think that's how every business starts. So I, I came up with my first journal and I had, I made my own prototype. 4:29 I took my own notes. And then I had, I was doing lessons with a bunch of other women and they're like, hey, what's that? And they're like, I want one of those. And that's kind of how Swingscribe was born that that, you know, I knew I, I had a business. Yeah, so actually I am of a similar vein. 4:46 I have just note cards all over the House of notes about golf courses. When I would go and do research on a course where, OK, here's a green and I want, I don't want to come up short or I'm safe to be long or any of that. I would literally go and either look at Google Maps. 5:03 This is a trick that I actually picked up from Sean. Look at Google Maps and look to see how many yards there were behind holes to see if I was safe to play these holes long or not. Especially the first time that you go and play. So with one of these and actually having a spot, I think it's in the back here designated of like where to actually put the notes for the course. 5:25 Especially if you play a lot of the same courses over and over again and you don't fill that out too fast, that's great. I also do love the notes of these are now digitally and just live in my phone, but there's probably a new one every three months. Is writing down what your swing thoughts are after a good range session. 5:46 And so you have that in here for each of the different clubs and talking about ball position and all of that. And they're very easy things that a lot of us tend to kind of just forget until we've played golf for 20 plus years and it's ingrained into our memory. 6:04 Like, Sean, you and I have talked about this where you're like, yeah, there's a lot of things that I don't even think about in my golf swing anymore. And I'm like, dude, I've never even thought about that. Well, I I'm guilty of putting it in the notes app on my phone and then forgetting I have a notes app on my phone. So I'm like, I go through my phone to clean it every once in awhile and I'm like, Oh yeah, I had Sling thoughts in here and I completely forgot. 6:26 And then the other benefit of something like this too, is it kind of gives like a Matt Fitzpatrick vibe on the range. If you just flip this open and you're taking notes on stuff, it just looks like you know what you're doing. There's something to be said about that. I could look like a pro. I may not play like a pro, but I do look like a pro with that. 6:45 Well, this will help us get better too. People are going to think that your handicap is at least a few strokes better than probably what it actually is for when you. Pull one when you can get out of your back pocket. Absolutely. Yes. Yeah. OK. Yeah. So obviously like you said you it was traditional product solution here where you saw a problem that you identified and said, hey, I need to find a solution for that, right? 7:08 Absolutely, yeah. And, and actually this, this business has really blossomed very nicely. We've partnered with the LPGA Foundation with girls golf. So we've been partners with them for the past three years. And we're starting to partner with a lot of other, you know, PGA related nonprofits and 1st Tees. 7:27 And you know, this has been a great product for juniors. But honestly, I mean, it's applicable for anybody that wants to improve their game of golf, which I feel like is any golfer, and wants to take a little bit extra time just to take a note. Yeah, I mean, go ahead real quick. 7:46 I was gonna say I don't know if this has been applied to it yet. Tell me if I'm the first to think of this. I don't think I am. But have has anyone ever handed that to a caddy at like a tournament or anything like that to like get inside their head? Yeah. So I'm, I'm glad you said that. So you mean like playing competitively, right? 8:04 Yeah. So like if I like if I'm ever in a tournament and I get a caddy or someone that doesn't know my game, you have to kind of like spend that time walking them through why certain clubs are in your hand at certain distances and what you do. And usually, you know how they stand behind you at the range and watch for a little bit. I feel like this would be like a cheat code where I could just hand it to them and give them all the answers. 8:23 It's a huge time saver. Absolutely. Yeah. A huge time because all they have to do is just pull up your yardage matrix, right? And then they know right away. Oh, OK. So if we've got, you know, a short approach from 100 yards, like she's going to need her pitching wedge or her 9 iron, and then let's take that a step further. 8:45 If she's not hitting her 9 iron, 9 iron, well, like, let's see what kind of notes that she's got. Oh, well, you know, maybe, you know, she's not keeping her left shoulder down. Like the caddy's going to give more instruction, but you know, he can look up the notes and and and add some or take some away, right? 9:02 Because every instruction teaches differently. So yeah, this is a huge time saver, especially if you're playing with a caddy. It's it's like a Cliff Notes for my golf swing. It is. That's. Freebie, you can use that one. I'll let you keep that that that tag. Line thank. 9:18 You The next one I'll have to invoice you for, but the first one's always free. Thank you. Yeah, I mean, my, my next question here was definitely about the partnership with the LPGA Foundation for Girls Golf. We love that Sean and I tried to do, we're trying to feature more females cause the, the space is obviously such a male dominated sport, but we think that it's extremely important. 9:39 It's a very much a growing category within golf. And we think it's so important to get not just youth golfers out there, but also youth female golfers. And you can see that that's those are the hands down the fastest growing categories in the sport right now. Oh, absolutely, yeah. 9:55 And last year they had their biggest year yet with women and, you know, junior girl golf participation. So you're right, the grow with the the the category that is growing the biggest is that Junior Golf that's 7 to 18 year old girl. 10:13 So, yeah, I mean, this aligns very, very well. You know, they have a national championship and pine needles in North Carolina every year, every single one of the qualifiers, they get one of the Swing Scribe golf journals. You know, and it's so cute because I have these some of these kids, like I get Christmas cards, you know, handwritten Christmas cards. 10:33 Thank you so much. I'll get pictures sent to me, you know, I'll get notes from parents. And, you know, it's just that's aside from seeing the business work. Like, that's another part that is so rewarding, right? That's one of the reasons why you do it. 10:51 Yeah. It help helping grow the game is is always appreciated, right? Of course. Speaking of growing the game, I think you you grew something else recently at the PGA Show. I think you might have. We didn't have Guinness there, but I think you might have set a world record for something at the PGA Show. 11:09 Would you care to tell us about that? Yeah, yeah, I'm sticking with the world's record on the largest yardage book ever made, standing at six feet tall, maybe like 6 feet one inch with the fabric and everything, and four feet wide. So just on yardage book. 11:27 Oh yeah. Love that. I don't know how I missed that. But also, if you've ever been to the PGA Show, there's so much it is. Yeah, there's like 600 square feet of exhibitor space. So it's, it's, it's understandable if you miss it, but it'll be back next year. 11:47 So I guarantee you'll see it next year. Heck yeah. Can't wait. I think we. I think we. I think it took me being at the PGA Show for one day to convince Sean that he needs to go next. Year I'm going next year for sure yeah I. Have to go. It's like it's, I mean, I tell my friends, it feels like you're high the whole week. 12:07 It's because there's so much action and excitement and, you know, seeing familiar faces. So now that I've already been two years, like I've seen a lot of familiar faces that I saw last year and you know, just seeing all the cool new Golf products and I don't know, it's exciting. 12:25 It's definitely, it's definitely a great time. It is, yeah. All right, so I want to transition a little bit over here into Tiburon, Tiburon, Tiburon. I mean, how we could have a debate all day on how it's properly pronounced, but we're going to do Tiburon for for us today. 12:46 And what I want to do is have you tell us kind of about why you chose this as your favorite course to talk about and pitch it on why you think we should bring it to the to the must play test. OK, must play one of the most recognizable courses in Naples and we've got 2 courses and it just happens to be about 10 minutes away from my house. 13:08 So. Added bonus of being convenient and awesome. Convenience and proximity always plays a factor, right? Absolutely, absolutely. So it's a, it's a challenging course. It's not an easy course, but the property is fantastic and it also shares space with the Ritz Carlton property, which you know, isn't too bad. 13:30 So there's a lot to offer for everybody in the family. If you're a golfer, if you're not a golfer, but specifically if you're a golfer. I mean, it's, it's, it's a great place to play, right? Once you're out, you, you know, there are some holes where you don't see any houses or anyone. 13:47 And then there's other holes where you're looking at houses that are worth, I don't know, 7 to $30 million. So it's, you know, you've got good views on and off the golf course. Yeah, I love that. Do you have a preference between the gold and the black? 14:04 OK, so the gold is a little easier and coincidentally my husband got a hole in one-on-one of the par threes on the gold. So we are a little bit partial to the gold, but I did score one of my lowest rounds on the black. 14:20 So I don't know, I'm a little torn. Yep, I could see that. Love it. Yeah, I. Love that. 9 hole score 41 on the Black Horse. Wow. Yeah, I'm proud. Yeah. Real quick, when you shoot a score like that on one course, but you like playing maybe another one, do you ever feel like you should also be able to shoot that score on the other course? 14:45 Or do you feel like, hey, maybe for some reason my game fits the other one, I should stick to that one to try and go even lower? Like what do you think that's going to happen first, going lower on that one or shooting a same score on the other course? Well, I'll give you a little insight to my psyche. I'm really tough on myself, so if I shot a good round, that's like I should be shooting this all the time. 15:06 Yeah. Yeah, yeah, I, I, I feel that. I, I famously with Sean in attendance last year, shot a 56 on a front and then a 40 on the back at a course out in Arizona. And that really threw with my head for a long time that I was absolutely capable of shooting a 40. 15:27 Absolutely. Yeah, right. Yeah. What do you think the difference was between those 29 whole rounds? Oh, I can tell you exactly what it is. Driver. Driver is the greatest unlock and the greatest hindrance of my entire golf game. 15:42 I it is. It is either in play and I can and I can reliably hit it off of the tee and not worry about it'll, it's it'll be findable. I'm I'm not, you know, dotting every fairway position a but it will it will stay in play and I can manage the rest of my game around that or I'm literally losing balls and sitting three from a very unfavorable position or back off of fatigue. 16:10 So. OK, gotcha. Gotcha. Yeah, it is. You've had a lot going from 19 to the to the next. So you the front was 6 and the back was 40. Yeah, I famously told Sean it was an out and back routing and I famously have. I, I told the story when we reviewed it on on must play. 16:28 If if it was one of those courses that looped and at the turn we were at the clubhouse slash parking lot, I was gone. I was gone. I would have not have played that back 9 at all. But we there was no option to do that. 16:43 We were as far away from the clubhouse as you could possibly be at the turn, and I sat in and said, well, you there's no way you're gonna hit driver this poorly for 18 holes. Like you're gonna figure it out eventually. You also had food and a few drinks and you got a little little looser and a little bit more satisfied. 17:01 Yeah, I mean, it's like I said, it's it's it's it golf is not just about your swing. There's so many other mental authors that go into it. So much that happens upstairs, which again is like another benefit to having everything written down for you so you can get out of your head right and something that you know is going to work. 17:21 So is your 41 written in Slingscribe? Did you put any notes? Yeah. It was, yes. I love that. In the back where you had mentioned earlier about taking course notes. So I have my course notes for Tiburon Gold. 17:37 I have it right here. Oh, cool. Nice. So easy, you play a lot of golf, you play a lot of different courses, right? And it's so hard to remember like what I need to do on that, on that hole. And so let me give you an example like on on the gold #13 hit hit your five wood. 17:54 Don't take your driver on the tee box. Like how often are we do we want to just immediately go for the driver right there on the tee box? Does it feel a good drive? Feels really good I. Like that? So it takes away to station. Yeah, it's I, I totally get that. 18:12 And it's but man, does it feel good to to pipe drive those days. It's just all right. I'm gonna circle us back over to Tiburon. We're gonna have you dive into a handful of the questions from the must play test that you think it passes. But first we like to bring in some outside perspective. 18:29 We do reviews of reviews. We pull in a five star review as well as a one star review and we kind of let you validate whether these are true statements about the golf courses, one off experiences and we'll go from there. Today's five star review comes courtesy of Tim S Tim S stated, I've played Tiburon Gold course for the past two years on an annual trip to Naples. 18:56 The amenities are top notch. The staff is always friendly and accommodating as well as very professional. The pro shop is top tier. The gold course is always in outstanding shape. Greens and bunkers are playable but demanding. Overall the whole place from the clubhouse, food options and golf course are well worth the cost. 19:14 Looking forward to taking a shot at the Black Course this coming year. We'll play both, and truth be told, this is a must destination for any golfer. I have to agree. Yeah. Anything, anything. 19:30 Go ahead, pro shop real quick because I know this is a Greg Norman joint. How much is he pushing shark stuff everywhere in the pro shop? That's that's their that's their logo. It's shark everything, everything, everything has the logo, but it's a cool logo. 19:46 So, you know, everybody embraces that. OK. You want to wear and then the hat. You know the block letter Hat Tib. TIB. Yeah, OK. I'm sorry. TJ probably stole a trivia question or something. Definitely definitely jumped on the trivia for me, but that's OK for anyone who is not who hasn't picked up on it at this point. 20:09 Tiburon is designed by Greg Norman, nicknamed the Shark, and if you are not bilingual or do not know any of the translations, Tiburon means shark in Spanish. So that's where the name of the golf course comes from. 20:26 But he's so he's so famous for obviously when he was, you know, winning a ton in the 80s, nineties, being the guy that wanted to put his brand out there. He was the one ruffling feathers for a lot of players on tour because he was so full of himself, essentially, is what I think a lot of people were saying. 20:45 But when he came out with, like, his signature hat and the shark logo and everything else like that, there was a bit of a craze there for a little while in the 90s where polo's, hats, everything, you would see it everywhere. And so when I was looking up Tiburon and I was looking at the logo, I was like, oh, this is bringing back all the memories of my dad wearing shark stuff everywhere. 21:04 I mean, he was wearing it 24/7, yeah. It it was weird, like the shark brand was like it felt like it was on the trajectory to be like one of the all time great golf brands and then it kind of just ended up fading along with Greg Norman. 21:20 Right. Well, yeah, there is. I think there's more to it in the business side of things that we don't have to go into, but you know. They were there. OK, They were dive. I'm going to dive into this, this one star. This one star review comes courtesy of Brett G. 21:37 The course was in good shape, but the experience was well below par. Good pun Brett. I couldn't believe that a course that cost nearly $400.00 didn't have the practice range available to golfers. Worst yet, not even the practice putting green was available. I arrived 45 minutes early to warm up my kind of guy and ended up sitting on my hands. 21:57 The breakfast restaurant was closed, so I wasn't even able to pass time by getting a bite to eat. The pace of play was OK. The worst part of my experience is that the bad boy lost my Whistling Straight's putter head cover. If I knew they were irresponsible, I would have skipped ballet and club club cleaning. 22:12 Apparently the bad boy should give my tip back and pay me for a new head cover. Nice course for 100 to 200, but definitely not worth 400. I will not be back at the current rate. Rough. I would, I mean, first and foremost, without even having you dive into this, sometimes practice ranges and putting greens need to be redone and they're going to be closed, right? 22:36 That just, that's the nature of running a golf course. Now, should they be doing that when the rounds are priced at the $400.00 price point? That's another conversation to be had. I, I agree, I, I wonder if he went and played during a weekend where they had a championship going on because they, you know, they do close the, the driving range and putting for the pros, of course. 23:04 But you know, I, I that, that I agree that sucks. His experience sucked. You know, not cool to have lost the head cover that that's annoying and to charge and sometimes Tiburon, they get their, they have dynamic pricing. So sometimes they charge as high as $500 if you're in season. 23:24 So at the peak of the season, which is right now, actually, if you want to play at 8:00 in the morning on a Saturday or Sunday, you're, you're going to pay between 4:00 and $500. It's it's A and for the driving range to be closed and paying that. 23:39 Yeah, I, you know that that sucks. I agree. I, I think I would have said something to the pro shop. And if he did, I would be surprised if they didn't try to accommodate him in other ways. And if he's also saying that the restaurant was closed, that does sound to me like there was a championship going on because they close the restaurant for the pros as well. 23:59 I you're, you're giving me a, a reminder here that I should probably also start to pull in these negative ones and see if the business has responded to them at all. If they have made the attempt to right the wrong potentially or say, hey, just as a heads up, you came X weekend where there was a championship going on or you knew, you know. 24:19 Yeah, a lot of times on the website when you book a tee time, there's a big red banner that says, you know, we're going to be car path only during this time or our tractive facilities are going to be closed during this weekend, like and it's it's on you. And then you come back and say I wrote this poor review because my experience was poor, but realistically I was a little lackadaisical when it came to actually reading. 24:43 Sure. Yeah, I listen. I I understand how he's annoyed, so yeah. That reminds me of a question real quick for both of you guys. If you didn't know, you did your research and you didn't know this and you go up to the pro shop to go pay for your tee time, which one of these things is a thing that you don't want to hear? 25:01 It's cart path only today the driving range is closed. Which one annoys you more? Driving range is closed because practice and warming up is a really big thing for me. I'm like you, I I want to get there 45 minutes early. 25:17 I want to like, you know, hit a bunch of balls. I want to pot, I want to chip. Like that's how I get warmed up. I'll take the walk no problem. Yeah, I think the there's, I'm going to, I'm going to be nitpicky about your question, but if you're telling me that I find that out when I get there, that means that I'm there an hour and a half before my tee time with like I have nothing to do for 90 minutes other than walk around the pro shop, use the restroom and stretch. 25:46 Like like at that point I might go sit back down in my car and take a nap. Yeah, TJ famously gets to courses really, really early. That's his MO. He loves to go get 100 swings in before a round all. Right, OK, let's be reasonable here, but I'm exaggerating. 26:04 I'm exaggerating that golf takes 9 hours, so which in my case, it does. All right, so let's jump into some of the questions here on the Must Play Test. We asked you to bring a handful that you think that Tiburon is going to pass with flying colors. 26:25 Sean's laughing because I put a little accent in there. Tiburon. So out of the 10 questions here on the Must Play Test, what's the first one that you want to take a look at, Heather? OK, let's take a look at the Augusta test. Alright, so the Augusta test is is this course easy to get a tee time on? 26:42 Does it have a straightforward booking process and are there tee times available the week of intended play? Yeah, so it, it, it is pretty easy to get onto because it's a resort course. Remember I had mentioned that there's a Ritz Carlton on property. So yeah, I mean, you can, you can get and plus they have two courses. 27:01 So the members use one course and then the resort guests use another course. They alternate every day. And so it's pretty easy, you know, to get a tee time. It's a straightforward booking process. You can do it online, you can call the pro shop. 27:18 They're they're really nice in the pro shop. You know, it's, it's people that you've seen for a long time. You don't have a lot of turnover there. And again, being a Ritz Carlton property, like you have that extra, that nice touch. Yeah, definitely someone who everyone who they hire has a nice hospitality vibe to them. 27:41 It's not, you know, just the guy who works the pro shop to get free golf every week. Exactly. Yeah, there's a, there's a definitely a higher bar and A and a higher level of care that goes into, you know, their employees. Do you think there's a public course in Naples or nearby this one that's in higher demand that might be swallowing up more tee times, or do you think this is the one? 28:04 Yes. So Naples is, is an interesting market because about 90% of our courses are private. Yeah, we don't have a lot of public courses. So there's not a lot of options here for for public use, especially during season. 28:20 So offseason, which is May 1st to November 1st, a lot of the private courses offer summer memberships at a big discount because the cost of entry here in Naples, I want to say starts at like 50 or $60,000 and goes all the way up to north of a million just to join. 28:43 And then you put ongoing fees, you know, etcetera, etcetera. But yeah, so is there another public course that has a lot of demand? There's Yeah, there's a handful around here because of the lower dollar amount. So you can get on to a lower course for probably 150 to $200 where versus Tiburon which is going to be around 400 or so. 29:05 Yeah, I was going to ask that because here in Scottsdale we have the same situation where some resort courses that are higher priced are easier to get on because there's something a little less expensive, but still good for an out of stater who's coming into town that's going to follow up that tee time first. 29:22 So usually you see the higher priced one, you're like, oh, I'm surprised I can get a tee time out there this week. And it's like, oh, because it's 400 something dollars and that's why. So. Only people coming in from out of town are paying that that's. Exactly what they're doing, yeah. Yeah. Heather, what is the second question that you want to take a look at here? 29:40 The second question, the Iverson test. We talk about practice. So this is this is, does this course have good practice facilities? Would you spend time warming up or just head to the bar before the round? And this is obviously caveatting if it's open or not. 29:56 Yes, so Tiburon, they've got world class practice facilities. This is definitely a place that you want to get to early, you know, warm up when you're on the range, you're hitting on a real range. You're not hitting into like a lake for some reason. 30:12 I do not like those ranges where you're hitting onto water. No, I don't either. It's not. It's not a thing out here that like Florida has a lot more of those than than Arizona and California do. But I've played a course that did that and I was like, is some poor guy just scuba diving out there collecting these things or like, what is going on? 30:31 Yeah, there's a couple courses here that I play that I'm like, man, this just doesn't feel like a real warm up. No. Yeah. No. And and also when you're using the like the range balls, you know, 75%, I don't like that either. 30:47 I want to hit with like real balls, which is something nice that you get with Tiburon. Yeah, you know. Are they, are they, are they, I would assume at the rate that they're at the the range balls are one included? Oh, yeah, OK. And then are they, are they a, are they a pyramid type range or are they a basket type range or are they in a bag in a bath somewhere? 31:09 Oh, they're a full basket type range. You. Know kind of like an egg, like a crate, like an egg cart, yeah. Crates. Yeah, crates. Probably the better term there. Yes, there you go, crates. OK, so plenty of balls. Excellent, excellent. On the practice as well, is there a putting green right next to the first tee or is it far away? 31:30 Because we sometimes, we sometimes ask like, how far is it to go from like, OK, I'm done putting to the going to the first tee. It's not that far, you know, the black is a little bit further than the gold, but it's not that far. OK. It's, that's tough to do with two courses too. 31:47 I've noticed that with a lot of courses that if they have two, it's tough to put the putting greens kind of near or it's near 1 of the courses first to but not the other ones. Yeah. And it's worth mentioning that the practice range, it's, it's, there's 2. So there's one for the members and one for guests. 32:03 So there's never. Course well. Yeah, there's no overlap and each range has its own putting green and has its own, you know, bunker and green area to do chipping. So they don't have to mix with the commoners they can see. Sean, I had the same thought. 32:22 I was like, you know what, man? I'm not going to say it. We're just going to keep the podcast moving. But I'm, I'm glad you did. I'm glad you. I'm glad I got to vicariously live through that. OK. And then, Heather, what's the last Test that you want to talk about today? The Jonesy test. Oh, obviously we touched on this a little bit, but could you see yourself spending $100 on merch in the pro shop? 32:45 Do they have a logo or apparel worth wearing? Well, yes and yes. It's hard to spend less than 150 in the pro shop because honestly, the pro shop, it's, it's big. They've got all kinds of cool stuff. Like you want to buy it? 33:01 You want to, you want to show the logo. It's the little shark fin. It says Tiburon on it. Like it's something that is noteworthy as you're, you know, travelling around the country. People recognize it. So yes, you definitely want to spend some money in the pro shop. Yeah. It's a yeah. It's a good one. 33:17 The the logo, the logo has like slight Jimmy Buffett vibes with the color of the fin sometimes like they put like a yellow or like kind of that that little feel. It just looks, it reminds me of like a Caribbean or some type of like beach related thing. Obviously it's a shark. 33:33 Well, and it's and it's Florida, baby. Yeah, but if it was like like the I'm looking at their their shop online and they have a handful where the word Tiburon is kind of hard to read 'cause it's small and it just look, you can just kind of make out the fin. And if I didn't know better, I'd be like, this is like a Tommy Bahama or a Jimmy Buffett or some other fishing type related shirt. 33:52 And then you kind of zoom in and go, OK, yeah, I see it. Yeah, that's right. Yeah, I definitely think I might have to put this one in the in the Logo rating series here pretty soon. Sean, I think this is a good one to toss in there. Yeah. All right. I did have a few fun facts and trivia that we did not touch upon, so we obviously touched upon where the name comes from. 34:12 We talked about all three of the tournaments that are there for all the different for each of the different ones. Fun fact here, I've never seen this on a golf course. The waste areas are actually made out of crushed shells. 34:28 They're not. They're not actual sand. They are crushed shells. So. Word to the wise for anyone who's potentially playing Tebra on soon, pack your crushed shell club. For hitting. All those waste areas. That's called, that's called hitting off the coquina and that it's, it's a, it's a pressed, it's a pressed down. 34:50 It's it's, it looks like sand, but it's it's hard as pavement. OK. Oh, really? So you need you need special notes in your book for hitting off the coquina. That's just right at the top underneath. Like don't forget to pack a beat up old club that you need to be able to pick a ball clean with. 35:08 Exactly, yes. And then the the last fun fact that I had here was that this was one of the first clubs to experiment with a very specific alternative style of golf course transportation. Does anyone have any guesses on what that could be An. 35:25 Alternative. So not a so not a not a golf cart, but another way to get around the golf course. I'm going to guess bike like a motorcycle bike type situation. Incorrect. Oh. God, I, I terrible joke. 35:43 I wouldn't say I can't say. Let me think for a second. What would be an alternative? I've never seen anybody outside of a golf cart or walking with their, you know, their electronic golf bag. It is a Segway golf personal transporter. 36:02 Like a standing up Segway. Yes, and you would put your bag on the front of it. That just sounds like a yard sale waiting to happen. Oh, just how would you ruin your golf bag and break your collarbone? So I, I, apparently they were one of the first clubs, I think in the world to actually try these out. 36:25 Obviously knowing that it's a resort course, they get a lot of tourists. There's always a, a way to potentially upsell and try something. You know, every time that you see the, the bikes or, or the, the, what are they like the, the little like surfboard skateboard ones, those always feel like they're at super like high end courses where somebody's like, oh, we'll try something different. 36:44 And then, you know, three years later, they're like, yeah, the insurance costs on those. Was crazy, Yeah. Someone tried to go up a hill with it and it didn't work. Yeah, also true. No hills here. Yeah, no, yeah, right, very perfectly flat. All right, So wrapping up, Heather, I wanted to thank you for coming on, hopping on, talking to us about T Braun as well as the swing scribe. 37:06 I have a feeling that this is definitely going to get put in use for myself very, very quickly. You know, I think, I think also we talked about we're going to put a link down in the description here to get people over to the website. And I think we're going to try and get a discount on that as well for some of those people. 37:23 Yeah. Absolutely, Yeah, absolutely. We have a coupon code fair wagers so that gives you guys $5 off. Cool, so we'll have that information in the description as well as like our Lincoln bio. If you're catching this on or if you've heard about us on on Instagram or TikTok, you can check that out. 37:43 And then ultimately, I think Sean and I keep stacking up Florida courses here. I think a Florida, you know, a Florida swing might be in the works for us. Hopefully someday soon here to where we can come out, play this course with you and then we can have you come back on and do the full must play test on. 38:00 Oh man, that would be great. I would love that. Yeah, we want to. We'll tell. You when you're on the course, you got to watch out for the snakes and the Gators. Yeah. Snakes. Snakes. I'm used to Gators. That's a new one for me. Yeah, I don't know about that. 38:15 Yeah, I've never, I've never walked past a water hazard and thought I'm in danger. Normally I'm just normally I'm like, where's my ball? Can I get Can I fish my ball out of here? Yeah. All right.
